muskets, we will meet in the gym with flips and
twists, aspiring to perform our best routines ever
during the 2009 YMCA Gymnastics National
Championships.
The 2009 YMCA National Championships will be hosted by the Phoenixville branch of the Freedom Valley YMCA at the United Sports Training Center in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. Opening Ceremonies and Open Work out will be held on June 24 and the competition will conclude on June 27, 2009
